1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CreatorOs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use of Service
CreatorOs provides CRM and analytics tools for OnlyFans agencies. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into CreatorOs.
5. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
CreatorOs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
